Rudy Baloyo, Vice President for Integrated Evangelism Lifestyle in the Southern Asia-Pacific Division (SSD), was elected as SSD’s Executive Secretary on April 12, 2016.  He replaces Dr. Saw Samuel who was elected SSD president in March.

He has served as a conference president, conference departmental director and local pastor in the Philippines as well as a collegiate vice president and dean for Central Philippines Adventist College.

Baloyo holds a bachelor’s degree from Mountain View College in the Philippines, a master of ministry degree from Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies (AIIAS) in the Philippines, and a doctorate in ministry from AIIAS.  He is married to Virginia, and they have three grown children, Merryll, Adrian and Pauleen.
