During the Sabbath School program Mrs. Ami Rafael Fabroa, a faculty of the Adventist University of the Philippines, emphasized the importance of physical health and proper diet.  SSD Health director Dr. Lalaine Alfanoso and her husband, Dan discussed topics on overcoming drugs, pornography, and addictions in social media.  In the afternoon, during the Adventist Youth program, Pastor Ron Genebago, youth director of the Southern Asia-Pacific Division, discussed topics on love, courtship, and marriage.

The trainees had the opportunity to ask questions from their resource persons during the open forum.  During the commitment service Pastor Francis Amer, youth director of the Southeast Asia Union Mission, emphasized the importance of having a right relationship with God.
