Evangelistic Series in Nha Trang Draws Eight Individuals to Baptism

Edward Rodriguez

Located along Vietnam's scenic southern coast, Nha Trang, a bustling city known for its beaches and cultural heritage, is home to over 500,000 residents. Within this vibrant community, the Nha Trang Adventist Church recently hosted an evangelistic series in November, bringing together over 60 attendees in an atmosphere filled with praise and worship.

This event marked the culmination of months of outreach, with church members actively engaging the community since August through small group activities like English and guitar classes. These gatherings created opportunities to connect with seekers and invite them to discover faith and fellowship.

The series witnessed a deeply moving expression of commitment as eight individuals made the decision to be baptized, surrendering their lives to Jesus. These baptisms stood as powerful testimonies of God's love and transformative power, visibly touching both the newly baptized and the congregation.

Looking to expand its outreach, the Nha Trang Church is preparing to host a health seminar in December, designed to promote both physical and spiritual wellness in the community. Through this event, the church hopes to deepen connections, offering an invitation to experience God’s love and holistic healing. This seminar will also provide new members with opportunities to engage in church activities, encouraging their involvement in discipleship initiatives that empower and spiritually nourish them as they grow in faith and community.

The Adventist community continues to pray for abundant growth, believing that this ministry will further spread God's light in Nha Trang and beyond.
